Based on our flagship training, this session for your summer staff brings principles of 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion into a reality.  Your trainer will provide the tools necessary to solve probable scenarios.  We will start with an introduction to the topic of  2SLGBTQIA+ Inclusion, group agreements and then get right to work with scenarios for your staff to problem solve their way through- while learning along the way.

This summer staff training is all about finding the joy of building belonging.  Participants will learn about TQAMP's 7 Layered Approach to facilitating activities in a way that maximizes belonging, redistributes power, and strives to give everyone their best shot at having a joyful experience.  Then we will use this approach to facilitate games that widen our understanding of justice.

Build understanding of building intersectional belonging for all campers through basic principles, activities and scenarios.
