How are trainings presented?

Up to 3 hours. Choose ONE curriculum.

Over 3 Hours, up to 6 hours of training time (not including breaks/meals)

60 Training/Affinity Space for Queer and Trans* Staff
3 Hours of ONE Curriculum
90 Minutes for Training for Leadership Staff

90 Minutes for Leadership Staff
90-Minute Abbreviated Curriculum

Our virtual options are different this year and we’re asking that all virtual trainings have space where everyone is in front of their own computer/screen for maxiumum effectiveness. If you are interested in this option let’s chat.

Pricing
To increase camps’ access to support and reduce barriers to resources, we have adopted a tiered pricing model. We will determine which tier applies to your camp or organization based on your budget, staff size and organizational structure. If the lowest cost tier is still higher than your resources allow, we can discuss ways to make support accessible to you and your staff.
A few notes on training costs:
In-person trainings are priced per trainer as either Half-day (up to 4 hours, $1500-$2500) or Full day (4-7 hours, $2750-$4250) plus travel costs., lodging and per diem expenses. Typically, one day of travel: air fare, rental car, per diem food, lodging= $800-$1000.
Travel costs can be reduced if trainings are organized together with other trainings in the area.
